On Friday Pt England did Cross country. First the little kid went first. A few moment later the year 4 boy went to the line and Mr Burt said get your marks get set go and as i boost to the gate i got really exhausted and i just marched and them i started to jog to the finish line and i came 5th.

playing Dodge ball.

In the morning TheBlock went outside for a game of elimination tag. First we got the taggerm and added Dodgeball. Next we started to play. It was so fun next Lincoln tagged me with a Dodgeball because I was just standing and I had to sit on the wet grass. Next there was only one player and he got tug and he had a bad injury and at the end TheBlock went back to class and did lots of work.

First we went to get our team. Next we got a iPad and we start to do the poly strong challenge step by step we came  to the end. Next we had three time.

how to make the best waka.

first we went outside and got some sticks and we went back to class and we start to make a waka.

 step 1. We got some sticks at our school.

step 3. we got some paper for my waka and some wire and put it together and it make the best waka.

step 4. we put our waka in the water and we blowed on the waka to see if it sailed.

How to live a healthy lifestyle

How to stay healthy is going to sleep. And eating veggies.And eat your breakfast and get to school on time and has a good day next wake up eat healthy and you will grow healthy.And move your body every day.
