Jacob Roggeveen


Jacob Roggeveen, a Dutchman, was the first known European to sight the Samoan islands in 1722. This visit was followed by French explorer Louis-Antoine de Bougainville, who named them the Navigator Islands in 1768.

She is the fastest at 100 metres, and her fastest time is 10.7.

 Shelly ann fraser pryce was born on December 27th, in 1986. She is a famous Jamaican track and field sprinter.

 She rose to the limelight in her sports career during the 2008 Olympic Games.

 At the time, she emerged as the first ever Caribbean woman to bag home a gold medal in Olympic competitions.

Facts about Lorde!

  Lorde's real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor and she
is a singer, not any kind of singer she's one of the best singer in NZ.

Lorde was born in 1996 in Takapuna, Auckland.

Do you know what made lorde famous? Well it was Royals.

How much is Lorde worth? She is worth $12 million dollars.

Did you know she dropout of school for sing, Lorde really is
the epitome of your everyday Kiwi kid who took the world by storm.

 She was born in Takapuna and raised in Devonport, which is
a sleepier suburb of Auckland that lies across the bay from
the city proper.

 Since becoming a household name, she has bought her
own house in the area and, when not on tour, still loves
to potter around picking up
free furniture and knick-knacks on hard-rubbish day.

 It’s a day in the year when people get rid of their
old but still serviceable furniture and stuff they can’t fit in their houses
anymore, but
don’t want to just throw it away.

My Writing

One day it was the last day of school. I did not want to leave because Mrs Sio was my favourite teacher. I would cry when I see myself leaving, cause its like I have to forget the past and move on.

 So when it was the last day which it is, I asked Mrs Sio “do you want to come with me?” also Room 9 if they wanted to go on a trip with me? Next Mrs Sio replied “Of course why wouldn’t I?” so I said come on. So Room 9 said “ok just once.”

 A few hours later we arrived and Exodus said “come on.” So I told them to follow me. “But not on Tik Tok” I said. So we got to the pools and Mrs Sio said “I'm scared of heights,” so I push her off the cliff and I look away and you couldn't believe it. She did a backslap.

 And then a few minutes later she was trap and she disgorge in the pool. Sooner we got her out and she chuck me in the pool and my ribs were all broken and i went to Auckland hospitals.

 A week went by and I came out of the hospitals frustrated.

In the morning pt England school went to the hall.  First we got settled, listen to some music!  Then Russell Burt talked to the school, about stop teasing people, and he was right.  And everyone was sad.  Next the prefect did the Korea and it was, just clean it.  Then we did it's time for lunch box Hero! and 2 minutes later assembly was finished.

In the morning after assembly room 9 and 10 went to the big mat.  First we sat down and Miss West said we are going to do two exciting activities.  Then she said we did an exciting activity that was called 'work as a team'.  Bronson went and Exodus went and Azmyth went and some too. The friends was Toks Bronson and last but not Lease Exodus. So we went on the tall table but the girl tried to take our spot but they did not so we start off good going to  kind of good and going to bad because they all went outside and we had a cool Building but i Talk all of the marshmallow and eat some of it. But Exodus talk then all and eat all of then and Bronson was not happy...

Rippa rugby

At lunch time I went to play Rippa rugby on the field fist we got our tag and them Sally put us into our them. Them the fist them to go on the field was pink and purple. Them the teams got in to the game. The purple team got a try and the pink team lost and they was sad. Next the yellow team came on the field to vs the purple team. Then the pink team lost and the purple won the game and the was cool. We vs the yellow team and najari got a try was he was happy and that was my first try. And now the pink came on the field and we lost and we lost one more time but we came back on the and miss said everyone come and we did come and she was talking and the game was  done...
